Meet the Penzers team
Joy Penzer
Practice Manager & Proprietor
Mrs Penzer has been directly responsible for the day to day management of Penzer Opticians for over twenty five years. As a rule, she is in the practice on Tuesdays and Fridays and looks forward to meeting old and new patients alike. Mrs Penzer is a competent optical dispenser with over twenty five years years experience of helping patients find the right spectacles and lenses to suit them.
Sam Chyla
Optical Dispenser
Sam has been working in optics for over 20 years and is an experienced optical dispenser with a lot of knowledge in the optical arena. She has been with Penzer Opticians for a number of years. Sam is in the practice on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Gill Newton
Optical Receptionist
Gill is a favourite amongst many regular Penzer Opticians patients having been there for more years than she cares to remember! Gill is always happy to meet old and new patients alike and is around to assist on Monday and Friday.
Tracy Ward
Optical Receptionist
Tracy joined Penzers in 2006 and in her spare time is a keen fan and follower of Worcester Rugby Club, often travelling to watch their matches. She is a hard working member of the team and is on duty on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
