Spectacle Frame Guarantees

All of the spectacle frames we sell come with a 1 year guarantee from the manufacturers based on fair wear and tear.

If in the first year of wearing your spectacles, you find a fault or defect in your frames we will repair or replace them  free of charge.

Sometimes an identical frame may not be available. In this event, we will find you a suitable replacement to the same value as your original pair.
